Vacancy announcements of the head office or branches of the Bank will be published in the national newspapers "Asia Plus", "Reklamnaya gazeta", and for the Bank's branches - in regional publications. The advertisement lists all the requirements for the vacant position, and a list of the submitted documents.
After collecting (studying) documents within 1 month will be organized a contest, the contestants will be previously notified of the time and place of the contest. According to the results of the contest, which takes place in three stages: testing, interviewing and testing of computer knowledge, the candidate shall be employed as an intern on a trial period.
Appointment is carried on the results of activities during the trial period.
